摘要
现代民用航空飞行器的机体大多属于金属板壳结构,因此采用金属板料型材管材制造的钣金零件数量很多,比例相当大。钣金零件的质量优劣直接影响到飞机的装配质量和使用性能。优质钣金零件的制造,既取决于高水平的制造技术,但更重要的是生产全过程的质量控制。以事先预防和改进代替事后的把关,逐渐转化为由注重结果转化为注重过程的因素,从材料的质量控制、工装模具的使用、工艺规程的有效性传递和整体钣金生产标准化4个方面来阐述基本包含控制了整个零件生产的全过程。
The body of modern civil aircraft mostly blongs to the metal shell,so the metal sheet is mainly used,and the sheet metal parts made of plastic pipes are many and have a quite large proportion.The quality of sheet metal part directly affects the assembly quality and service performance of aircraft.High-quality sheet metal part depends on high-level manufacturing technology,especially the quality control during the whole production process.In order to prevent and imporve in advance instead of afterwards checks,paying attention on results is gradually transformed into paying attention on factors during process.The aspects from material quality control,tooling die application,effective transmission of process procedures,and the whole sheet metal production standards are introduced,which basically include the whole production process of the whole parts.
