摘要
以大径深比精度制(镗)孔为研究对象,探索利用数控卧加设备回转柔性加工该类典型特征加工的方案;通过研究卧式加工中心回转误差产生的机理,分析回转精度误差对加工该类典型特征加工的影响,并摸索以RENISHAW探头为测量载体,基于SIEMENS840D系统功能程序的开发,动态补偿回转精度误差,以充分利用卧加类数控设备的柔性加工特长,完善大径深比精度制镗孔典型特征加工,提升产品质量与加工效率。
High length to diameter ratio accurate hole boring by using vertical CNC machining center is vesearched.The influence of rotating error on this typical machining character is analyzed,the origins of rotating errors are studied.With the application of RENISHAW probe,SIEMENS 840 D program development,dynamic rotating error compensation and FMS machining,the technique of high length to diameter ratio accurate hole machining is improved.The higher product quality and productivity are achieved.
