摘要
针对航空发动机外部管路制造中利用样机排管,依靠型架成型与焊接的现状,在分析现有各种管类零件特征的基础上,设计了柔性工装标准模块,探索出一套依托导管三维模型提前组合拼装导管焊接定位工装,提高导管的制造精度,实现无样机排管,使导管研制与其他部件研制并行,降低工装费用,有效缩短发动机外部管路研制周期。
According to the external pipeline of aeroengine manufacturing depending on frame forming and welding,using prototype pipe status,standard module of flexible fixture is designed,which can make flexible fixture on the pipe three-dimensional model of assembled type in first,this can improve the pipe manufacturing precision,realization of no prototype pipe,reduce the special-fixture costs,shorten the external engine piping development cycle.
