摘要
传统发动机装配采用二维设计,很多问题无法在设计阶段得到验证,造成成本和周期的浪费。在工艺准备阶段采用基于DELMIA的数字化装配工艺仿真技术进行某飞机发动机三维装配工艺过程的仿真,可以在计算机上以可视化方式研究和解决飞机装配的可行性、可达性,验证装配工艺设计的合理性,及时发现工艺中存在的各种结构性和空间性等问题。并对工艺方法、工装结构和生产线布局等进行修改和优化,从而有效地提高了飞机装配质量、降低了研制成本和周期。
Traditional engine assembly use planar design.Many problems can not be validated in preparative period.The cycle and cost has been wasted.The technology of digital assembly process simulation is playing an important role in aircraft manufacturing.It supplies the process of dynamic fixing parts in 3D environment.The technology of aeroengine digital assembly process simulation based on DELMIA can solve the feasibility of aircraft assembly by computers,validate the rationality of assembly process planning,find out the structural or spatially problem in process.Then we can optimize and improve the process,product line layout and configuration of technologic equipment to improve quality of aircraft assembly,shorten the development cycle of aircraft products and reduce cost.
