摘要
针对浮壁式火焰筒冲击孔的结构特点和工艺特性进行了理论研究和工艺分析,进一步证明难加工材料、多空间自由度、复杂结构等小孔特征加工的工艺可行性,同时也为高速电火花加工技术的广泛应用提供技术支持。
The theoretical research and technology analysis in view of structure characteristics and process characteristics of the shock holes on the floating wall type flame tube(IHFL) is carried out.The research work proves that the processing technology is feasible for hole's features of difficult-to-machine materials,more space of freedom,complex structure.At the same time it provides the technical support for wider application of HSEDM technology.
