摘要
在飞机工装设计过程中,标准件的设计存在着大量的重复劳动。为了提高设计效率和设计标准化程度,研究了标准件的模板建模技术,利用Oracle数据库,开发基于CATIA的飞机工装标准件库。该工装标准件库在开发的复合材料工装数字化设计系统中应用,取得了满意的效果。
In order to get rid of repetitive tasks existing in the process of standard part designing of aircraft tooling and improve the design efficiency and the level of standardization, parametric design technology is focused on. The technology of Oracle database is used to develop the standard part library of aircraft tooling based on CATIA/CAA. Satisfactory results are achieved in the application of the standard part library in digital design system of composite material of aircraft tooling.
