摘要
针对如何提升多品种、小批量产品数控加工设备的使用率问题,利用机床监控和数据采集系统作为量化分析手段,通过对影响设备使用率的因素分析,提出了通过优化数控程序、加强生产准备、重视计划衔接、预判技术问题、提高人员水平等提升数控设备使用率的有效措施。
To enhance CNC machine processing effi ciency of a wide variety of low-production, monitoring system of machine and data acquisition system are used as methods of quantitative analysis on the contributing factors of machine processing effi ciency. The effective actions like the optimization of CNC program, strengthening production arrangement and production plan convergence, pre-handling the technical problem, enhancing techlevel of staff are advised to enhance the effi ciency of CNC machine.
