摘要
飞机产品从研制阶段过渡到批产阶段,面临最大的挑战就是在保证产品质量、技术状态等的条件下,如何满足客户对产品交付速率的需求。从基于架次流程图的生产组织、将组件分解为更小的装配单元、工艺状态的确定、库存管理和物料供应几方面阐述如何提升产品交付速率。经实践验证,上述方法在批产阶段对提升产品装配交付速率行之有效并起到关键作用,最终实现了有竞争力的产品交付速率。
The biggest challenge in aircraft product transition from development stage to batch production stage is to ensure product quality, technical status and other conditions, and how to meet customer demand for product delivery rate. Production organization based on the vehicle flow chart, the component decomposed into smaller assembly units, the determination of process status, inventory management and material supply are elaborated to improve product delivery rate. In practice, the above method in batch production stage could effectively improve the delivery rate of product assembly and play a key role, eventually achieve the competitive product delivery rate.
