航空制件水洗型荧光渗透检测典型应用问题分析研究

摘要 针对叶片、紧固件、外涵道金属铸件、等离子喷涂件4类航空制件,水洗荧光渗透检测时在预清洗、渗透、水洗、烘干、检验等流程中遇到的实际问题,展开分析研究并提出了有效的解决方案。针对叶片类零件榫头及气道口粘附的防护胶粘结物难以去除,提出了首先采用SKC-S型去除剂局部集中擦拭去除粘胶物,再整体进行水基清洗剂超声波清洗的方案;针对紧固件表面油污、线切割零件表面的金属屑油污较难清理,提出了增加上一工序车间初级清洗的方案;针对紧固件、外涵道金属铸件等零件烘干不均匀的问题,提出了对零件按规格形状相似相近进行分类并按不易积液的方式摆放优化烘干效果的方案;针对外涵道金属铸件特殊部位、等离子喷涂零件涂层部位缺陷显示不易识别的问题,提出了对不易识别的显示采取丙酮擦拭、重新处理法及实际经验相结合的手段保证显示的准确快速识别和解释。这些方案的应用,优化了检测工艺,保证了检测的有效性及可靠性,提高了检测效率。 In this paper, practical issues which are encountered in the pre-cleaning, penetration, water rinse, drying and examination process involved in the parts water-wash FPI in aviation are studied and analyzed. The parts include blades, fasteners, external duct castings and plasma sprayed products. And the effective solutions are presented correspondingly. To clean off the glue on the blade's tenon and airway, we suggest using SKC-S detergent to wipe off the glue first, and then using ultrasonic cleaning for the whole blade. For heavy oil and metal particle contaminations on the fasteners and linear cutting parts, we add prior machining workshop cleaning for evident contamination. To solve the problems in parts uneven drying of fasteners and external duct castings, we classify parts according to the specifications and shape similarity,and placed them into work fixture in a certain angle that liquid drains off easily. For the difficulty examination of indications from plasma spraying layer and external duct castings, we take steps including wiping the indication with a acetone-dampened swab or brush, re-processing or necessary practical experience to ensure a quick identifying and interpreting. Finally, all the testing process have been optimized, the validity and reliability have been insured, and the inspection efficiency have been improved greatly.
