Factory Process Planning in the Early Stage Based on 3DS MAX

为了降低成本和提高效率,企业都会对生产线进行前期的工艺规划,当前普遍采用的二维工艺规划无法对厂房进行全方位的分析。本文分析了采用三维可视化方法进行厂房工艺规划的必要性和优势,通过在某飞机总装厂房工艺规划的应用,阐述了采用3DS MAX进行厂房工艺规划流程和方法。

In order to reduce cost and increase efficiency, the enterprises will make early process planning for production line, the 2D process planning used widely can't make comprehensive analysis for the factory. This paper analyzes the necessity of using 3D visual method to make factory process planning, through the applications in some aircraft assembly shop, elaborates the flow and method of making process planning by using 3DS MAX.
