摘要
提出一种针对高温合金和钛合金的橡胶轮抛光工艺,采用数控机床控制含有磨料的橡胶轮对工件进行抛光。通过具体数控抛光试验,测量采用不同加工参数条件下工件表面粗糙度和去除深度,得到适合于高温合金和钛合金抛光加工的参数及条件,使表面粗糙度小于0.2μm,可满足航空航天领域高温合金和钛合金工件表面要求。
Hand-polishing process is the main polishing process for the superalloy and titanium alloy. This article puts forward a polishing process for superalloy and titanium alloys. The rubber wheels containing abrasive polish the workpiece controlled by CNC machines. We design several experiments using different parameters and then measure the surface roughness and removal depth of the workpiece; Finally, get suitable polishing parameters for superalloy and titanium alloy, the surface roughness of which is smaller than 0.2μm. It can meet the requirements of the surface roughness in the aerospace industry.
