摘要
文章对山东省游艇产业发展的总体情况进行了分析总结,将游艇产业链条、工业技术需求和配套服务需求细分解构。总结梳理了目前山东省游艇产业升级发展的内外因素,并通过专家打分方法把优势、劣势、机会、威胁4个要素进行系统的矩阵分析,运用SWOT方法对山东游艇产业进行战略分析,提出山东省游艇产业发展策略建议。
The overall situation of yacht industry in Shandong Province was researched and sum-marized,including industrial chain,industrial technology and necessary service requirement, which were finely deconstructed in this paper.The current internal and external factors influen-cing the development of yacht industry in Shandong was summarized through systematic matrix a-nalysis on strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats of yacht Industry by expert scoring method.SWOT analysis method was also used to study the developing strategy of yacht industry in Shandong,then the suggestion on sustainable developing strategy of the yacht industry was provided.
