摘要
文章在总结山东省海洋生态文明建设成效和各地建设模式的基础上,比较分析海洋生态文明建设面临的形势、矛盾和问题,提出全省海洋生态文明建设的思路、目标,创新性提出通过实施"8573"行动推进全省海洋生态文明建设,为生态文明建设提供积极尝试和有益借鉴。
The situation,contradictions and problems of marine ecological civilization construction were compared and analyzed,and the constructing ideas,objectives were proposed in this paper, based on the summaries of achievements in marine ecological civilization construction and the pro-motion models of various regions in Shandong Province.The implement of “8573”action was also innovatively presented in the papaer,which would provide the active attempts and useful refer-ences for the construction of ecological civilization.
