On the Risk Management of Marine Survey Project

随着海洋调查工作的增多,如何保障调查过程的作业安全,降低风险,减少人员伤亡、仪器设备损坏或丢失、海洋环境影响等损失,成为各级部门的关注重点。文章介绍了风险管理理论的基本内容,结合海洋调查实际工作列举了海洋调查中风险识别、风险评估和风险控制等工作的内容和方法,以期提高海洋调查项目安全管理水平。

With the increase of marine survey work,the ways to protect the safe operation of the investigative process,reduce risk,reduce casualties,equipment damage or loss,the loss of marine environmental impact,had become the focus of attention at all levels.This paper described the basic elements of risk management theory to improve the safety management of marine survey project,combined with actual marine survey work,given the content and methods of risk identifi-cation,risk assessment and risk control and other work.
