海洋预警报工作探讨——以厦门海洋预报台“杜鹃”台风预警报工作为例

Marine Forecasting and Warning Work:Taken the Response to “Dujuan” Typhoon by Xiamen Marine Forecast Station as an Example

1512号超强台风"杜鹃"侵袭福建期间,厦门海洋预报台按照预案要求,开展精细化海洋灾害预警报工作。文章首先介绍厦门海洋预报台应对"杜鹃"台风的工作情况;然后介绍在本次应对"杜鹃"台风期间所取得的工作成绩,重点介绍厦门市开展的精细化预警报及辅助决策服务在海洋防灾减灾工作中的成效;最后对这次应急工作取得的经验与体会进行探讨,以期为今后更好开展海洋防灾减灾工作提供经验与思路。

During the invasion of No.1512 Super Typhoon “Dujuan”to Fujian province,Xiamen Marine Forecast Station (XMFS)carried out detailed marine disaster forecast service in accord-ance with the emergency response plan requirements.The paper introduced the forecast work re-sponded to “Dujuan”of XMFS,focused on the effectiveness of Xiamen city to carry out fine warn-ing and assistant decision-making services in this marine disaster prevention and mitigation ac-tion.The emergency response work experiences were also discussed to provide experiences and ideasc for the future development of marine disaster prevention and mitigation work.
