秋天是进补的最好时机,经历盛夏的喜好冰冻食物期,初秋时人的脾胃开始逐步的恢复食欲,所以不宜食用过于油腻的食物。秋补,吃什么补品好?秋天气温干燥,人容易上火,因此秋季饮食还要少辣椒、花椒、桂皮、生姜、葱等辛辣食品。古人说:"一年之内,秋不食姜;一日之内,夜不食姜。"秋天的主要气候特点是干燥,空气中缺少水允人体同样缺少水分。但是,光喝白开水,并不能完全抵御秋燥带来的负面效应。我国古代就有对付秋燥的饮食良方:"朝朝盐水,晚晚蜜汤。"换言之,喝白开水,水易流失,若在白开水中加入少许食盐,就不那么容易流失了。白天喝点盐水,晚上则喝蜜水,这既是补充人体水分的好方法,又是秋季养生、抗拒衰老的饮食良方,同时还可以防止因秋燥而引起的便秘,真是一举三得。秋季是人最容易长脂肪的季节。这是因为立秋之后。

Hats and Gloves.Wear a hat and gloves when you go outside.The hat keeps warmth from escaping through the top of your head major source of body heat loss.And the gloves help prevent painful frostbite. cold and Flu - Cover vour face when you sneeze or cough, and wash vour hands often to help stop the spread of the season’s cold and flu germs.Get a flu shot if you are 65 or older;or if you have a chronic disease of the heart,lungs or kidneys. Exercise - Exercise is important all through the year,but can help you get in shape for the winter months.If you exercise by walking outdoors,it may be time to locate other places you can walk that are protected from harsh winter weather.Indoor shopping malls are great places to walk and often have walkers clubs that offer discounts.With the days getting colder,take a few extra minutes to warm up your body and stretch your muscles before you exercise.Also wear a handkerchief around your nose and mouth if it’s really cold to warm up the air before it enters your lungs.
