最近乘机抵达浦东机场的旅客会发现行李转盘旁边多了一位身着统一制服的工作人员。这位工作人员主动将行李转盘上的行李整齐划一地排成一列,帮助旅客更加便捷地找到和提取行李。这是浦东机场借鉴国外机场人性化服务举措,在内地机场首推的'行李大使'服务。
Passengers who arrive at Pudong Airport will notice a work stuff at the side of baggage surveyer belt recently.The stuff will put the baggages in the surveyer belt in a row and help passengers to find their baggages more conveniently.Pudong Airport borrows other foreign airports’ exerience and initiates "baggage envoy" service in domestic airports.
