Shanghai Airport improve its Service Quality of "Summer Holiday Transformation"

今年以来,浦东机场运营的各航空公司为迎接暑运新增运力,新开和加密了部分国际远程和国内航线。前期,加拿大航空开通了上海——蒙特利尔直达航线,国航开通了上海——巴塞罗那直达航线。阿联酋航空上海——迪拜航线航班机型升级,由空客380机型执飞。此外,东航加密莫斯科和圣彼得堡航线,吉祥航空加密普吉岛、伊尔库茨克等航线。针对暑运期间持续大客流以及台风、强对流天气多发等特点,虹桥机场及各驻场航空公司提前预判高峰客流、提升服务品质、打造商业亮点,努力为旅客营造安全、高效、舒适的乘机环境。

Since the beginning of this year, in order to deal with the newly growing "Summer holiday transformation",airlines in Pudong Airport add some international long range route and domestic route. Air Canade opened its direct route from Shanghai to Montreal, while AirChina opened its direct route from Shanghai to Barcelona. The routes and aircrafts have been upgraded and Airbus 380 aircrafts will fly the routes.Moreover,China Eastern Airlines added more routes of Moscow and St.Petersburg,while JuneYao Airlines added more routes of Phuket, etc. In order to deal with the features of "Summer holiday transformation"-large amount of passenger flow, typhoon, and strong convective weather, Hongqiao Airport and airlines calculated the number of passengers in advance and improver sevice quality to creat a safe, comfortable environment for passengers.
