努力探索出引领非公企业工会改革的“机场模式”

Try to Explore the "Airport Mode" of Trade Union Reform of Non-Public Enterprise

发挥国有企业工会引领作用,推进非公企业工会改革又有了一种创新的组织模式和工作方式——'机场模式'。9月22日,在上海机场集团工会与浦东新区总工会联手推进下,浦东机场非公企业工会第一次代表大会暨浦东机场非公企业工会建设推进会在浦东机场召开,为探索'属地建会、条块结合'的新方式进行有益尝试。市总工会主席莫负春,市总工会党组成员、巡视员何慧娟,浦东新区人大常委会副主任、区总工会主席周奇,上海机场集团工会主席张永东等有关领导,以及浦东机场企业和职工代表、浦东各街镇专职副主席近200人参加了会议。

There is another innovative organizing and working mode to play the leading role of trade union of State-Owned-Enterprise and promte trade union to refrom. That is "airport mode". On September 22nd, under the organizing of trade union of SAA(Shanghai Airport Authority) and general trade union of Pu Dong New District, the first representative conference of Pudong Airport nonpublice enterprise trade union, aslo known as the Construction Promotion Conference of Pudong Airport non-publice enterprise trade union, was held in Pudong Airport. This is the new trial of new mode of " building trade union in localization and following the leadship of government and superior department". The chairman of General Trade Union-Mo Fu Chun, member of the Party Group of General Trade Union-He Hui Juan, the vice director of the standing committee of Pudong New District-Zhou Qi, the chairman of trade union of SAA-Zhang Yong Dong, as well as about 200 representatives of enterprises and staff in Pudong Airport and sub-district offices have attended the conference.
