摘要
目的探讨在心力衰竭患者自我管理干预中,"信息-动机-行为技巧"干预模式的实施效果。方法选取接诊心力衰竭患者84例,随机均分为对照组与观察组,各组42例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组除常规治疗外,另实施"信息-动机-行为技巧"干预模式。观测两组患者出院、入院自我管理知识和自我管理能力的变化。结果对照组出院时自我管理知识为(15.24±0.48)分,观察组出院时自我管理知识为(17.73±0.68)分,(P<0.05);对照组出院时自我护理维护为(21.11±2.07)、自我护理管理为(12.51±2.31)、自我护理信心为(13.24±2.68),观察组出院时自我护理维护为(22.82±2.16)、自我护理管理为(15.30±2.75)、自我护理信心为(14.50±3.22),(P<0.05)。结论 "信息-动机-行为技巧"干预模式可针对心力衰竭患者特点,采取针对性自我管理提升策略,故能够较好的实现对患者自我管理知识和能力的改善。
Objective To explore the effect of 'information motivation behavior skills' intervention mode in self-management intervention of patients with heart failure. Methods 84 patients with heart failure were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group randomly, 42 cases in each group, and the control group took routine nursing. The observation group was given the intervention mode of 'information motivation behavior skill' in addition to the routine treatment. The changes of discharge knowledge, self-management knowledge and self-management ability of two groups were observed. Results The self-management knowledge of the control group was(15.24±0.48). The self-management knowledge of the observation group was(17.73±0.68),(P<0.05). The self-care maintenance of the control group was(21.11±2.07), self nursing management was(12.51±2.31) and self nursing confidence was(13.24±2.68), and the observation group was(13.24±2.68). When discharged, self-care maintenance was(22.82±2.16), self-care management was(15.30±2.75), self-care confidence was(14.50±3.22),(P<0.05). Conclusions The 'information motivation behavior skill' intervention model can be aimed at the characteristics of patients with heart failure and adopt a targeted self-management promotion strategy, so it can improve the knowledge and ability of patients′ self management.
