布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Budesonide Combined with Montelukast Sodium on Chronic Cough in Children

目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的意义。方法随机将2017年8月~2018年8月收治的102例慢性咳嗽患儿分为两组,每组51例。对照组行布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、肺功能指标以及不良反应发生率等均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的效果理想,保障了患儿正常生长发育,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the significance of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic cough in children.Methods 102 children with chronic cough admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,51 in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate,lung function index and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of chronic cough in children.It ensures the normal growth and development of children and is worthy of popularization and application.
