摘要
飞机进行气候环境实验时,需要考核恶劣气候条件对飞机的影响,而系留是保证飞机顺利完成气候实验的前提。在MSC/Patran平台建立了全参数有限元分析模型,对不同机型的系留进行数值仿真,仿真过程考虑了风载升力、阻力、侧力、俯仰力矩、偏航力矩和滚转力矩。仿真结果表明:采用十二系留组方案能够达到在恶劣环境中系留飞机的目的,为飞机的气候环境实验提供技术支持。
The aircraft may experience the gale,driven snow and sleet during the test in the climatic environment facility.The aircraft will move because of the severe weather.The aircraft should be fixed in the floor by the mooring rope.The model was established on the MSC Patran and all the parameters were defined.The different models with the different parameters could be analyzed in the basic model.It was showed that the aircraft could be fixed with the twelve mooring ropes firmly.The method of calculating the tie-down loads can provide technical support in the climatic environment test facilty.
