Research on Building the Common Shipping Market of China, Japa and Korea

分析了中日韩航运市场存在的问题 ,讨论了建立中日韩共同航运市场对中国的必要性。在此基础上 ,提出了建立中日韩多边航运合作的新模式 ,即由中国、韩国、日本三国组成多边贸易的东北亚航运共同市场 ,本着开放、公平、透明的原则 ,实现资金、贸易、人员在共同市场中自由流动 ,在航运领域以公正、透明的方式制定、采用和实施法规及政策 ,加强航运合作 ,使中国、韩国和日本航运从全球化和新经济中受益 ,以促进东北亚航运共同市场的繁荣。

This paper analyses the existing problems in the shipping market of China, Japan and Korea, discusses the necessity of building the common shipping market, puts forward the establishment of a new win win shipping mode, i.e. the northeast Asian common shipping market of China, Japan and Korea. The author considers that the market should be guided and ruled by a set of laws and regulations based on opening and fairness principle. China, Japan and Korea will promote booming of the market through strengthening co operation and also their shipping will benefit from globalization and new economy.
