进入汽轮机保护系统的跳堆信号在DCS中实现方案的比较

摘要 核电厂汽轮发电机组保护系统的主要功能是当核电厂发生某些预定的故障或汽轮发电机组自身故障时,为汽轮发电机组提供安全停机手段,防止事故发生、扩大和损坏设备,对核电厂安全、稳定的运行起着至关重要的作用。为此,正确、全面地表征预定故障就显得尤为重要,它关系到汽轮机能否准确、可靠实现安全停机。基于此,本文结合某核电厂实际工程经验对送入汽轮机保护系统中用于表征反应堆跳堆信号的实现方案进行分析,通过运用概率论的方法,对两种方案进行具体的比较,得出相应的结论,为核电厂重要逻辑的实现方案做了有益的探讨,拓展了新的思路。 The turbine protection system of nuclear power plant can protect the turbine when an accident happens,and it provides enough means to trip the turbine in order to stop the extension of the accident and protects the equipment,so it is important to express the real trip signal.Accordingly,this paper gives the different designs of trip signal realized in DCS based on the project experience,and uses the basic probability theory to analyze the reality and availability for such design,eventually gives the conclusion for the analysis.This technique may provide a new way to assess a complicated design plan in nuclear power plant.
