In various verification methods of automotive automatic transmis sions,road test verfication is of great im-portance and its conclusions are fi nal and decisive because it verifes shifting performance and other handling prop erties of automatic transmissions under driving conditions.With a typical passe nger car as an example,road test verification of auto-matic transmissions,esp ecially concrete conents of verification under various conditions and correspond ing requirements,are analyzed.Study results have general significance to road test verifications of automatic transmissions.
