摘要
中国加入WTO ,给铁路运输带来的机遇与挑战并存。应对挑战 ,必须从战略角度审视铁路货运发展问题。本文针对我国铁路货运现状 ,从市场战略、营销战略、产品战略策划了铁路货运的发展 ,有助于经营管理人员开拓视野 ,提高铁路货物运输的核心竞争力。
Based on analysis of the new challenges of Chinese railway freight transportation confronts after China's entry into the WTO, some strategies such as marketing, products, and selling are made for Chinese railway freight to face chances and challenges. It will help to widen railway managers' horizons and to improve the key force of competition.
