摘要
提出和设计了一种新型的自充氧式复合生物流化床反应器 ,将该反应器应用于合成废水的处理 ,考察了反应器的挂膜以及停留时间、气水比、容积负荷等对 COD去除率的影响 ,研究结果表明 :该反应器在处理废水时 ,停留时间可达 2 h和 1.5 h,COD容积负荷提高到 8.5 6和 12 .6 3kg/ d·m3 ,效率比同类反应器高1倍以上 ,气水比也有所下降 ,仅为 32~ 34。具有停留时间短、能耗低 ,是一种高效的新型生物流化床反应器。
A new type of component fluidized bed bioreactors with automatic oxygenator was proposed and designed to be used in synthetic wastewater treatment. The reactor biofilm forming and effects on COD removal rate caused by cell residence time, ratio of gas/liquid and volumetric load were experimentally investigated. The results showed that: when the cell residence time is 2 hour and/or 1.5 hour, the volumetric load can be over 8.56 and/or 12.63 kg COD/d·m 3. The efficiency of the reactor is 1 time higher than the same kind reactors. The ratio of gas/liquid is only from 32 to 34.Short cell residence time and low energy consumption make the reactor being a new type efficient biological fluidized bed reactor (BFBR).
