用小波变换方法从强噪光谱中提取锑的弱信号 被引量:2

摘要 ICP AES法测定样品中低含量锑时 ,信噪比很低 ,准确度和精密度差。用小波变换法对强噪光谱进行处理后 ,有效地消除了噪声 ,提高了信噪比 ,改善了分析结果的准确性和重现性。 The erroneous results obtained in the ICP-AES determination of trace amounts of antimony due to low S/N ratio were evidently overcome by applying the wavelet transformation method to treat the highly noise interfered spectrum. The accuracy and precision of the method were significantly improved. In the analysis of a simulated sample containing 30.0μg·kg -1 of antimony, the RSD (n=5) found by ICP-AES through wavelet transformation treatment was 3.1%, while the RSD found without applying the wavelet transformation treatment was 8.3%.
