甲烷无氧芳构化催化剂表面酸性及积炭的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用NH3 TPD ,TGA ,氨微量吸附量热法及微型反应装置 ,考察了H ZSM 5、H ZSM 11及H BZSM 5的酸性 ,及其为载体的钼基催化剂在芳构化反应中的积炭行为。结果表明 ,催化剂表面酸强度和酸量对积炭均有显著的影响 ,强酸和弱酸中心都是积炭的活性中心 ,积炭优先在强酸中心上进行。 The surface acid and the coke deposition on zeolite catalysts for aromatization of methane under non-oxidative condition has been investigated by NH 3-TPD,TGA and Microcalorimetic measurement of NH 3 adsorption. The results show that the strength and the amount of the surface acid of catalyst have obvious effect on coke deposition. Coke deposition occurred on both the strong acidic and weak acidic sites, but it deposited on the strong acidic sites firstly.
