摘要
采用一种新奇、省时的一步合成法,从单体丙烯腈和丙烯酰胺经微波辐照制备了直径为6.8nm的在共聚物基体中单分散的CdS纳米粒子.CdS/共聚物复合材料用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD),傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR),透射电镜(TEM),电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和荧光光谱(PL)进行了表征.
Photoluminescent semiconductor/copolymer nanocomposites with 6.8nm CdS nanoparticle monodispersed in poly(acrylonitrile-co-acrylamide) matrix wasfirst prepared by a new, time-saving and single-step method in water solution under microwave irradiation. XRD, FT-IR, TEM, ICP-AESand PL were employed for characterization of the products.
