摘要
研究了以TTC为催化剂,十二醇、环氧氯丙烷和亚硫酸氢钠为原料三步法制备发泡剂十二醇甘油醚磺酸盐(DGES)的最佳合成条件,并用红外光谱对分子结构进行了表征.结果表明,最佳条件下合成的十二醇甘油醚磺酸盐在发泡能力、稳定性和抗高温分解方面均优于普通泡沫,能满足低压钻井方面的需要.
Under the best reaction condition, threestep is adopted to synthesize dodecanol glycerol ether sulfonates (DGES), using catalyst TTC, dodecanol, epicholorodydin and NaHSO3. The molecular structure of dodecanol glycerol ether sulfonates is ascertained through infrared absorption spectrum method. The results show that the foaming power, stability and antihigh temperature decompound of dodecanol glycerol ether sulfonates are better than ordinary foamer, and can meet the requirements of low pressure drilling wells.
