摘要 研究了钇铝石榴石萤光粉的合成及其发光特性。目的在于探讨掺入稀土元素离子的钇铝石榴石萤光粉晶体结构和发光光谱研究,并研究以不同元素及不同量取代的活化剂借以了解对萤光体各种相关特性的效应。 The goal of this study is to explore the method of preparation YAG powder and the fluorescent character. This study aim to discuss the structural chemistry and the spectrum of YAG phosphor doped with different rare earth elements, and to comprehend the effect of phosphor when doped with different elements and amounts of the activators.
