摘要
高显色性荧光材料近年的发展颇受人关注,本文在采用新工艺合成稀土三基色荧光粉的基础上,合成了多种波段、结构稳定的荧光粉,弥补了可见区380~80nm的光色;除此之外,还对荧光粉进行表面处理,配制成荧光粉的显色指数大大提高,制灯后Ra>90。
Many kinds of phosphors are prepared by new technology for the high color rendering ones, which have a desirable influence on fluorescence lamp development. Adopting the new technology and using MgO, Al2O3, Y2O3, TiO2 produced by solgel methods for phosphors membrane coating, we synthesized not only three-band color phosphors but also many kinds of bluegreen and deep red district phosphors are synthesized. The SEM of CAT and other data indicate that these phosphors′ thermal stability, durability, lifetime and Lightness are greatly improved. Blue phosphors Such as 2SrO·xP2O5·(1-x)0.16B2O3:Eu2+, whose peak is located at 480 nm, is efficiently excited not only by 254 nm radiation, but also by the 404 nm and 435 nm mercury lines owing to its broad excitation spectrum, which normally influence the color rendering property of fluorescent lamps unfavorably. Selecting these phosphors to dispose high color temperature ones, it can compensate the defect of 380~780 nm of the three band phosphors, and enhance the luminescent efficiency. By using them, it can get fluorescent lamps of Ra>90. However, there is some deficiency in present, the illuminant efficiency need to be improved in high power fluorescent lamps in the future.
