Study of Nano-Al_2O_3 Used in Phosphor

摘要 研究了异丙醇铝在不同的溶剂相中进行水解反应制备纳米Al2O3的前驱体AlOOH。以聚乙烯醇作为模板剂和热处理条件下,前驱体转相为纳米Al2O3,并自组装成球形纳米Al2O3聚集体。TEM和SEM观察结果表明,纳米Al2O3粒径为20nm左右,球形聚集体从100nm至3μm。 NanoAl2O3 precursors AlOOH were prepared by hydrolysis of Aluminium isopropoxide in different solvent phases, which were transformed into nanoAl2O3 and selfassembled to nanoAl2O3 congregates by using polyethylene alcohol as template and under heattreatment conditions. NanoAl2O3 with the particle size of about 20 nm and congregates with the particle size range of 100 nm~3 μm were determined by TEM and SEM, respectively.
