摘要
用常规和 SHRP+等方法评价了聚合物改性沥青 PE、 PE/SBS、 SBR、 SBS、Stylink○ R SBS类 ,同时测定了他们的储存稳定性能。并用不同的 PAV老化时间 (1 0 h、 2 0 h、4 0 h)后模拟路面不同使用年限的胶结料的状态。评价结果表明 :PE类改性沥青增加了一些沥青的高温性能却损失了低温性能 ;SBR类改性沥青虽然低温延度增加但其低温抗开裂能力并不理想 ;Stylink○ RSBS类改性沥青同时从高低温两方面增加了沥青的 PG分级范围和使用范围 ,其性能明显优于普通物理改性的
Different kinds of polymer modified asphalt (PMA) including PE,PE/SBS,SBR,SBS, Stylink ○R SBS were prepared and evaluated by conventional and SHRP+ specifications, while the stability of different kinds of PMA was also tested. Different PAV aging time of 10h, 20h and 40h were adopted to simulate the condition of binder with different service life. The results show that the high temperature properties of PE modified asphalt are improved a little while the low temperature properties of it are lost. Although the length of low temperature ductility of SBR modified asphalt are increased, its anti-cracking properties at low temperature are not so good as that of other kinds of PMA. Stylink ○R SBS increase the PG grade of binder both at low and high temperature. The performance of Stylink ○R SBS modified asphalt is better the that of normal asphalt physically modified by SBS.
