摘要
阐述国内自主开发研制的DJ型高效塔盘技术在乙烯装置应用中的成功做法。DJ型高效塔盘技术首次在乙烯装置挖潜改造中应用,主要应用于脱甲烷塔、脱乙烷塔、乙烯精馏塔、丙烯精馏塔等,经生产实践运行证明各塔的通量、关键组分、产品质量等各项指标均达到了设计指标,满足了下游装置生产的需求,为同类装置挖潜改造提供借鉴和经验。
The successful application of DJ type tug efficient tower tray made at home is introduced in article. Such tray is first applied in the revamping ( ethylene plant, mainly in demethanizer, deethanizer ethylene column, propylene column, etc. Practical operation shows that various parameters such as flux, key components, product quality, etc. have reached design indexes and met with the requirements of downstream plants, providing reference for similar plant.
