摘要
乙烯装置高速离心泵,部分为串列式机械密封,特别是石脑油泵在运行中出现了机封失效,高压介质穿过机封、油封进入齿轮箱将润滑油顶出而引发设备故障。文中对高速离心泵的运行特点及导致设备损坏的原因进行了分析,提出了预防和改进的技术措施。
According to the equipment failure in naphtha pump during operation that the failure of mechanical seal leads to high pressure medium entering into gear box through mechanical seal and oil seal and pushing out lube oil, operation properties of high speed pump and failure causes are analyzed and precautions and improvement measures are put forward.
