保险类专业中高职衔接教育研究——以保险职业学院与安乡职业中等学校合作为例

The Study on the Connection Education between Secondary and Higher Vocational Schools for Insurance Majors——Case on the Cooperation between Insurance Professional College and Anxiang Vocational School

中高职衔接教育体系的构建是我国职业教育改革发展过程中的重要组成环节。通过对保险职业学院与安乡职业中等学校合作开展保险类专业中高职衔接教育办学实践的案例分析,发现当前的中高职衔接教育面临办学驱动力亟待强化、校际合作机制亟待长效化与常态化、办学经费与职责划分亟待明确化与规范化等现实问题。鉴于此,通过进一步细化政策机制、加大政府投入、创新办学模式等手段,可有效解决上述中高职衔接教育中的发展瓶颈问题。

The connection between secondary and higher vocational schools is an important part of the vocational education reform and development in China. Through the case study of the education cooperation in the area of insurance between Insurance Professional College and Anxiang Vocational School,it finds some realistic problems in the connection education,for example,the motivation of cooperation education needs to be strengthened,the mechanism of inter-school cooperation needs to be long-lasting and normalized,the education fees and responsibilities need to be clarified and standardized,etc. The author then suggests some effective solutions to the bottlenecks in the practice of connection between secondary and higher vocational education,i. e. to detail the policy mechanism,increase the government investment and innovate the education models.
