中俄高等教育信息化互鉴的探索研究

Exploration and Study on Mutual Reference for Higher Education Informatization between China and Russia

我国和俄罗斯高等教育信息化在努力构建符合自身特点的内部治理模式,在组织教学、信息化技术能力、信息化的质量评价以及信息化技术的培训等方面进行了论证,取得了一定的经验和成绩。通过分析把握两国信息化发展的特点,对俄罗斯高等教育信息化的了解,可以让我们思考高等教育通过信息化手段如何降低育人成本,提高教学效率,保证人才质量。尤其是如何通过教育信息化的发展来促进远程开放教育有更好的成绩,还需要我们多学习与借鉴,多思考与尝试,不断地探索与开拓。

In the process of higher education informatization,China and Russia are trying to build the inner running mode according to their own characters and gain certain experience and achievement on the argumentation of organizing teaching,the technical ability of informatization evaluation of informatization quality and the training of informatization technology. Through analysis we know the characters of informatization development between the two countries. By understanding Russian higher education informatization,we can think about how to let higher education reduce the cultivating cost,increase teaching efficiency and ensure personnel quality by means of informatization. And especially we should think more about how to promote the achievement of remote open education by the development of education informatization. We need to study and imitate more,deliberate and attempt more,explore and expand more.
