从国际私法课堂教学方式方法改革谈涉外卓越法律人才的培养

Development Demand of Foreign-related Legal Talent Excellence Extraction of Classroom Teaching Methods Reform about the Private International Law

国际私法传统课堂教学中存在着些许问题,不能适应信息化时代、法律全球化以及丝绸之路经济带发展对涉外卓越法律人才的要求。提高我国国际私法课堂教学质量,改革我国国际私法传统课堂教学模式势在必行。基于此,将对国际私法课堂教学方式方法的改革进行探讨,以其对我国国际私法课堂教学日益完善起到推动作用。

There are some problems in the traditional classroom teaching of private international law,which can not adapt to the information age,legal globalization and the Silk Road economic belt development of foreign-related legal talent requirements. It is imperative to improve the quality of classroom teaching of private international law in our country and the traditional classroom teaching mode reform of our country private international law. In this paper,the reform of classroom teaching methods of private international law will be discussed to improve the development of the classroom teaching of private international law in China.
