摘要
近年来,高职院校引入的外教越来越多。但在英语外教教学评估中,却存在诸多误区和乱象,这给高职院校英语外教的管理带来了困扰,严重影响了英语外教的教学实践。在教学实践、学生调查的基础上,深入探讨了高职英语外教教学评估问题,提出了引入柯氏四级培训评估模式对高职英语外教进行评估,以及对外教进行分级的建议。
In recent years,more and more foreigner English teachers are introduced into higher vocational colleges. However,there are many mistakes and disorder phenomena in the teaching evaluation of foreigner English teachers,which causes trouble to the management of higher vocational college foreigner English teachers,seriously effecting foreigner English teachers' teaching practice.Based on the teaching practice and the student survey,in-depth study of the higher vocational college foreigner English teachers teaching evaluation is conducted,and the introduction of Kirkpatrick's four-level training evaluation model to evaluate the higher vocational college foreigner English teachers and classification of foreigner English teachers are proposed.
