Strategy of Improving Language Teaching in Rural Kindergartens

农村幼儿园语言教学存在的主要问题是幼儿园缺少国家政策上的扶持,教师缺少专业化知识辅助,家长缺乏教育观念支持,幼儿缺失自我意识训练。要解决这个问题,必须利用多种资源,改善幼儿园语言教学条件;提升教师素质,创设优质语言教学环境;转变家长观念,营造语言发展氛围;运用本土资源,拓展语言教学领域等方面来改进幼儿园语言教学。

The main problems with language teaching in the rural kindergarten are the lack of national policy support,teachers' lack of professional knowledge,parental lack of educational concept and children's lack of self- conscious training. In order to solve the problems,we should take advantage of various resources to improve the teaching condition of kindergarten language teaching,strengthen teachers' quality and create favorable language teaching environment,transform parents' concept and create language development atmosphere and use the local resource to expand language teaching areas so as to improve kindergarten language teaching.
