基于纺织工程专业特色化人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice Based on the Textile Engineering Characteristic Talent Cultivation

人才培养是高校的主要职能之一,人才培养的关键在于人才培养模式的不断更新。我们(纺织工程)专业在学校的鼓励与支持下,从专业实际出发,依托所在地域的优势条件和国家教育部亚麻加工技术研发工程中心的支持,在全专业教师的努力下,制定出了更为合理的2014版纺织工程专业特色化人才培养方案。在参与这次方案修订过程中,笔者学到了很多,同时也相信我们的专业会在大家的共同努力下越办越好!

Talent cultivation is one of the main functions of universities,updating talent cultivation mode is conducive to talent cultivation. Our (Textile Engineering)major get our school's encouragement and support, and according to the actual situation, depended on the advantage of geographical conditions and the support of flax processing technology research and development engineering center of national education ministry, a more reasonable textile engineering characteristic talent cultivation plan was developed in all the professional teachers' efforts in 2014. I learned a lot by participating in the plan revision, at the same time, I also believe that our professional will be better and better with everyone's efforts!
