风险沟通对于环境性突发事件应急管理非常重要。风险沟通的作用包括三个方面:减少群体认知差异、促进社会参与、应对文化差异。
The risk communication is very important to the management of environmental emergency. The functions of risk communication include reducing the group cognitive differences, promoting social participation and dealing with cultural differences.
