摘要
顾客是企业利润的真正源泉,维护和提高顾客忠诚度是企业生存和发展的根本所在。当前网络技术,电子商务技术飞速发展,很多企业都采取了这种营销模式,因此,电子商务下如何培养顾客的忠诚度对每个商家来说都越来越重要。只有忠诚的客户才能保持企业的长期利润。首先阐述了电子商务环境下顾客忠诚度的内涵,在分析客户忠诚度的影响因素及对企业的作用的基础上提出了网络时代培养客户忠诚度的策略。
