一体化管理被引入我国十余年来,一直属于国际上先进的管理模式,在建设工程项目中得到了良好的实施,以其降本增效、资源优化等方面的巨大优势,并结合相关环境变化特点不断发展、完善、总结,成为了切实符合市场需要,符合企业特点的成熟管理模式。就此管理模式的应用情况简要地分析其运行中的优点和问题。。

Integration management has been interoduced into our country for more than ten years, it has always been an advanced intermational management mode, and has been well implemented in the construction project, with its authors efficiency and the superiority of resources optimization, etc, and combining with the characteristics of relevent environmental change,developing and perfecting constantly became to meet market needs, mature management mode in accordance with the business characteristics. In this paper, advantages and ploblems of the management mode are briefly analyzed.
