摘要
互联网时代的来临,给企业带来的是机遇也是挑战。盒马鲜生作为新零售的排头兵,是阿里巴巴对线下超市完全重构的新零售业态,依托技术用互联网的思维来帮助实体零售转型升级,提高用户体验,改善其效率。通过文献和数据调查来进行盒马鲜生服务营销策略的研究。
The advent of the Internet era brings both opportunities and challenges to enterprises. As the leader of new retail, Box Horse is a new retail format completely reconstructed by alibaba for offline supermarkets. Relying on technology and Internet thinking to help the transformation and upgrading of physical retail, improve user experience and improve efficiency Box Horse takes consumer experience as the center. This paper studies the service marketing strategy of Box Horse through literature and data survey.
