文章对大学信任的内涵和起源进行较为全面和系统的阐释,并在此基础上初步构建大学信任评价的指标体系。就大学信任的内涵而言,它包括多维度的复杂的信任关系,首先涉及信任主体和客体的问题,大学信任的主体可以从广义和狭义两个方面进行考察,而客体包括主要客体和次要客体。就大学信任的起源来看,可以从文化视角、制度视角和个体视角等三个方面来分析。大学信任评价指标体系的构建可以在"理念—行动—结果"的总体逻辑框架下进行,在此基础上进一步构建更为具体的评价指标。

This article will give a more comprehensive and systematic explanation on the connotation and origin of trust in university,and construct the evaluation index system of trust in university.In terms of the connotation of trust in university,it includes the complex multidimensional trust relationship.It first involves the subject and object of trust.The subject of trust in university can be investigated in both general and narrow sense;while the object includes the primary object and the secondary object.On the origin of trust in university,it can be analyzed from three aspects:cultural perspective,institutional perspective and individual perspective.The construction of trust evaluation index system can be carried out under the overall logic framework of'idea-action-result',on which the more specific evaluation index can be further constructed.
