以责任意识为导向的高校学生管理制度功能强化研究

The Function Reinforcement of College Students’ Management System Guided by Responsibility Consciousness

责任意识教育是学生管理的重要内容。由于管理上的失调,造成学生自我发展意识、集体责任意识、家庭责任意识以及社会责任意识的缺失,这同高校学生管理制度的弱化密切相关。高校需要重新审视学生管理制度建设,注重责任意识教育的渗透,进行制度的民主化、法制化、多元化及弹性建设,保证责任意识教育的主体性地位,契合学生的成长,兼顾学生的差异性特点,确保情境体验和实践锻炼。

Responsibility awareness education is an important part of student management.Due to the maladjustment in management,students’self-development consciousness,collective responsibility consciousness,family responsibility consciousness and social responsibility consciousness are absent,which is closely related to the weakening of the college student management system.Colleges and universities need to re-examine the construction of the student management system,pay attention to the infiltration of responsibility consciousness education,carry out the democratization,legalization,pluralism and flexibility of the system,and ensure the subjectivity of responsibility consciousness education.It is in line with the growth of students and takes into account students individual differences,thus ensuring situational experience and practice exercise.
