On College Teachers’ Leadership Improvement in Connotative Development

摘要 教师领导力在高等教育内涵发展中具有重要的现实意义,如提高教育教学质量、培养高质量人才、组建优秀师资队伍、助推高校治理完善。课程、教学、科研、治理、传承等核心要素共同组成高校教师领导力。可以通过"打破制度束缚障碍、培植教师领导力发展理念;内外结合、提高教师领导力水平;加强教师领导力制度化建设、确保领导力运行;建立健全监管机制、引导领导力正向发展"等路径提升高校教师领导力。 Teacher leadership plays an important role in the development of higher education connotation.It can help to improve the quality of education and teaching,train high-quality talents,construct excellent teaching staff and promote the improvement of university governance.The leadership of university teachers is composed of many core elements,like curriculum,teaching,scientific research,governance,inheritance.It can be improved through many approaches,like breaking through the obstacle of system restraints to cultivate the concept of teacher leadership development,combining outside and inside to improve the level of teacher leadership,strengthening the construction of teacher leadership system to ensure the running of leadership,establishing a sound regulatory mechanism to guide the development of leadership,etc.
